  • Yes these stretches would be useful to you. Just reverse the curves for stretching and then strengthen the muscles that keep you straighter. The weight training should compliment that.

  • hi my spine curves to the left at the cervical and lumbar with the right hip 7mm higher

    so my exam shows: Skull 7mm to the left  Cervical 12mm to the left Thoracic is 2mm to the left Lumbar 14mm to the left

    right pelvis tilted upwards on the right side 7 1/2mm im guessing it is twisted to the left and my coccyx is 17mm to the left could i use these strecthes for my condition? i also go to the gym and do weight training 3/4 times a week
