Yes these stretches would be useful to you. Just reverse the curves for stretching and then strengthen the muscles that keep you straighter. The weight training should compliment that.
hi my spine curves to the left at the cervical and lumbar with the right hip 7mm higher
so my exam shows: Skull 7mm to the left Cervical 12mm to the left Thoracic is 2mm to the left Lumbar 14mm to the left
right pelvis tilted upwards on the right side 7 1/2mm im guessing it is twisted to the left and my coccyx is 17mm to the left could i use these strecthes for my condition? i also go to the gym and do weight training 3/4 times a week
