I'm glad that Tony and Ziva did not kiss because it would not have been appropriate for the time. Also, I like it when there is tension; it makes for a good storyline. Besides, I was perfectly satisfied with how maturely he handled this: comforting Ziva (without harrassment), group hug, etc.

Granted it wasn't a sobbing, choking-in-the-throat weep but he did shed a few tears.

I'm not into the idea of Ziva and Tony getting together - I think the bond they have is deeper than just physical attraction, but that is a lovely scene that sums up the NCIS family.

I like the softer version of Ziva. She's been around the team long enough now to let her guard down.

I like the more mature side of Tony, too.
