How to Embed a Video in a WordPress Post

Wordpress decided to delete the "add video" option.

This video is now useless.

@cookiestuff104 Wrong. You can always paste code in the HTML tab. However, the real reason this video is outdated (it was uploaded 3 years ago) is because now you can just paste in the URL of the YouTube video and it will automatically embed with default settings.

Can you embed more than one youtube video on one page/post?

@Keryuu89 Certainly, just paste in more than one embed code. If you put a paragraph break between them they will stack vertically. If you paste them in with no spacing between them, they will display horizontally IF there is enough room for them on the page, otherwise they will wrap to next line.

when i do this it doresnt show eny embed code at right side of the video on youtube its dust a little button underneith the video saying embed and i click it and a lot of diffrent settnings comes up and its dust making me dizzy an i really want to fix so i can have youtube videos plz help me? @YatczLoveSinging When you change those settings it changes the code so that it does what you want. Like having a bigger or smaller video. If changing a few settings makes you dizzy you're in for a rough ride on the internet, my friend.

Great tutorial. I just found out Youtube changed their embed code, you now have to select 'use old embed code' on Youtube before copying the code into the HTML tab.
