Basically this song is like a "Happy birthday to you" song. However (!!!), if you translate it word by word, it does not come even close to happy BD wishes, hehe.

Sana(h) -> in Egyptian language/dialect means "year" (in Arabic language it's "ayam")

Helwa -> sweet

Ya -> it's like "oh!" (e.g., "ya rab" = Oh, Lord/ God)

Gameel (about male) -> "handsome", (gameela(h) - when said to a girl "pretty/ beautiful" )

So go figure what it has to do with BD, hehe :D
