it's called WinDS Pro. Basically it's a bunch of emulators all in one install. Google it. It's very easy to find

There are plenty of game sites where you can get ds roms. You shoudn't have any problems finding them.

Each ds game runs at a different speed but most do 100%. Check you have the latest drivers and your pc can run the emulator. Dual core processors and above like Pentium D, Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Cuad work great. Have at least 2 gb of ram and a good video card. If it still doesn't work, try my configuration. The link is just below. ^^

make sure you're using NO&GBA 2.6a

configure it like this:

thanks for the new emulator man but i have a problem whenever i play sonic rush adventure before the game starts it says ''reformatting data'' i didnt pay it any mind but whenever i try to save it it doesnt save can u help me out

go to options/emulator setup and set "NDS-cartridge backup media" and "GBA cartridge backup media" to Auto. Also, try setting "Multiboot normal/burst delays" to medium/medium and "Multiboot port" to none/disabled.

it's an updated version of the emulator so it looks a bit different but works fine. remember to choose either the NO$GBA or the NO$GBA x2. the ther emulators don't run at full speed
