@LM22102 It was a pinecone, not an acorn. When Caspian asks if she's sure it's not an acorn, he's saying that it's so far away that it looks as small as an acorn. And quite likely they were shooting to miss on purpose. In the books, Susan specifically says that she fires warning shots and won't shoot to kill unless she's sure what's going on. Plus, a moving target is harder to hit.

yeah it's funny how susan hits the pinecone and caspian almost does but they both miss the guy on the horse :) i also like the part where susan goes "see that pinecone up there?" and then caspian aims and then she says "up there" and moves his bow and then he goes *nervously swallows* "are you sure that's not an acorn?" that was funny :)

I read on a narnia fan website that if Voyage of the Dawn Treader does not do better than Prince Caspian they may not make the next 2 movies. & I know we all want to see the Pevensie children again in the last movie called THE LAST BATTLE, so other Narnia fans & I are begging you to take your friends and family to watch Voyage of the Dawn Treader and hopefully if it does better than Prince Caspian, plz watch Silver Chair, & of course we all want to see the last 1 :)

Im really sorry to say this but in the book Voyage of the Dawn Treader it says at the end that Caspian marries the daughter of a guy named Ramandu. But in the Last Battle Caspian is mentioned at the end so he might be with the Pevensies. But Susan doesn't go back cuz she stopped believing in Narnia :(

but the writers always change the story so she might come back 2 :)

It's impossible to shoot a bow in that way. The arrow doesn't rest on the bow neither on her hand while she is pulling. She is right handed and the arrow is on the wrong side of the bow.

Yes, the arrow should be on the other side of the bow.

But the arrows are computer animated, you can see by how Susan's arrow is bouncing around.

It's superimposed, this is a rough copy of the film. So it would have been fixed later.

A lot of what they put into the movie wasn't in the book,-like the Pevensie's personalities-because the book was pretty much a detailed plot summary. That isn't anything against C. S. Lewis' writing, it was a 1950's children's book, and they were all like that.
