No way! Joe has a knack for changing and rearrainging songs to make them his own, i.e. Slow Gin. Ever heard the original?? If you people know anything about the Blues, it's that all the songs have similiar chords, riffs, and licks-just arranged differently and in a range of keys. Do you guys know how many bands do covers, which is basically word for word? Joe is brilliant at making every song his own in some way, and just about the nicest artist to his fans if you much about him.

So? So what if he mimics or copies tune for tune. I love seeing and hearing his *passion* and respect for music, about his guitars and the legends he is influenced by. Just awesome and so very Joe Bonamassa!

Since when did you have to be a better player than another musician to constructively criticise ? There's no doubt that Joe' s biggest problem is that he's an excellent mimic and doesn't YET have a distinctive JB sound [apart from his voice] You can for example hear almost note for note Clapton , Johnson, Albert & BB King ,etc riffs. But Robben Ford? I don't think so.
