Nicole, This stroller is DANGEROUS. My front wheels do not work. They shimmy, skid and nearly killed my daughter in the elevator. It does not handle like a dream. Grocery store wheels handle better than this piece of crap stroller. Bugaboo will not fix this issue. They provide "washers" for me to fix it and they say the problem continues to come back. You need to press halfway and move the seat forward. no need to press all the way. I have the same problem as you previously when trying to change the position of the seat

i cant wait to get the new bee the price is sill £460 (uk price) but it is amazing i got too excited testing it out...
I love how they have made the seat bigger as my little girl didnt even fit the old one...she still doesnt like the sun canopy...
The wheels look so much nicer than the old bees wheel which i hated (i think the wheels make a pram)
Now just to persuade my little girls daddy to buy me my 23rd (and hopefully final)pushchair...
