ohhhhhh i feel sooo bad i eat meat its called life and he clipped their necks did u see the blood they were already dead he was just bleeding them out and the ones towards the end were still alive and being plucked because that helps the slaughtering go faster and painless for the turkey and its also less dirty.
it's not surprising your numb ass doesn't feel bad, usmarine ... you've signed away your life to kill other humans if some leader tells you to. what is your life worth? you're a killing machine.
Funny how you mention your dog in the same sentence where you brag about the ill fate of another sentient creature. There is no difference between a turkey and a dog when it comes to according moral consideration. Both are sentient beings. While you boast about eating a defenseless turkey, dogs in other countries are being eaten. And if the latter upsets you, why? You shed no tears for other animals. Yet a turkey and a dog are both sentient beings who just happen to look different.
actually i've already known about how other cultures eat dogs. it doesn't really bother me too much. In america, there's nothing morally wrong with eating a "poor defensless turkey". you are a fucking idiot, u think i'm suppose to feel sympathy for all the animals that had to die to fill up my fridge?! o_O'
ITS FOOD! some people eat dog, some people eat cow, and i eat pigs and turkeys. get over it =/
It is morally wrong to harm sentient beings for no reason. Considering people don't need animal products to survive, consuming them is unnecessary, and to do so when it harms sentient individuals is wrong. We are not talking about plants, but sentient creatures who feel and who desire continued existence. The only reason people eat/wear animal products is for pleasure, and that's inexcusable. No being, human or nonhuman, is a commodity. I'm sorry compassion is such a tough concept for you.
Oh jeeze, the turkeys were alive when they plucked them! oh lord have mercy! theres a turkey slaughterhouse like 2 mins away from where i live and its just terrible i saw it once and i never eat turkey. It's ashamiad they do this. Something needs to happen. I will try to take a video of that slaughter house and post it up okay!
I worked at a paint store once and across the lane was a chicken slaughtering plant. One day on my way to work I saw a chicken on the highway and cars were stopping to avoid hitting her. I was helpless to save her. I noticed she ran TOWARDS the man in the red jumpsuit (slaughterhouse worker) who had run out to retrieve her. I'm not surprised that she ran to the familiar.. I feel hope that the motorists may go vegan if they remember her. I certainly did.

I can't believe that they are plucking the poor things alive and throwing them around like that. Disgusting. I'm really glad to be a vegetarian.
