Therefore I think that there isn't problem.

However he is ignoring the rule at all.

That isn't the challenge which conformed to rule of formal Guinness World Records.

Mr.Machii said that,

" If such a cut is authorized, I can make great record for about 20minutes for 1000cutting"

Again, It is "No score" if you cut the string.

一つ目は、誰でも考えそうな巻きの床への固定を促進するもの、

その場合には、倒れるはずの振りや、甘い切れ方なのに倒れない、­という極めて不自然な映像になると思います。

When they added limit to Katana to use as opinion of Guinness institute, they are concerned about a challenge person decreasing.

Therefore I think that maybe application about Katana is reserved for a while.

The cause that I uploaded video this time is in order to express what kind of condition Mr. Machii did.

The reason is because people know the difference.

It isn't in order to block people's challenge.
