Str dits get more HP because they have more STR. STR increases your level up HP and your HP in general.

He's a str dit, packing Power Elixirs. Str Dits have a ton more health than us regular ones. But after we get Meso Guard, it never matters anymore =D

Well at this time, i was a regular dex dit with no good gear except for the deadly fin. The secret to killing balrog at this level is to not get hit by his fireball or its a 1 hit kill. Just get hit by his body and you'll be fine.

The key is to not get magic dmg from jr . Balrog. As you can see, i try to get melee dmg from balrog. See ?
