  • i find dis saree absolutely stunning!! ya true..dat it can gain some unnecessary notice in public..but 4 parties n functions its perfect!! nd times r changing nd dese types of sarees are a hot demand..so its absolutely no problem...its perfect for urban settings!!

  • Wow

  • May I ask where you went to school for fashion, I am an art history student and I am inspired by all art forms. I love fashion as well and have been drawing ever since I was 13. Fashion Illustration was actually what got me started in art. Any way I just wanted to say that your work is beautiful and so skillfully done. Thanks for igniting my passion for fashion all over again and making me realize why I love art so much!

  • @Tyri1988 Hi! I'm not a fashion desgner. I studied architecture. At the time I applied for architecture, I made an application for fashion design as well, but the selection for both is very hard. Fate may play in your favor sometimes. So here I'm an architect making tuts on fashion design :)))

  • You're a great artist!

  • Well, the artistry work is beautiful. But sarrees should not be worn like that (except in shows)

  • @enigmaticfille no how it is shown here is the traditional way to wear a saree, it symbolizes a woman's power and nature, your line of thinking is from fanatical muslim zealots, but even them celebrate bellydancing so it is void way of thinking.

  • @kalai131 i am a hindu. not a muslim. And wearing a saree like this is considered wrong in our society (read india) unless you are some high roller with bodyguards. Parties, functions and shows are fine, but wearing a saree like this anywhere else could get you in a lot of trouble. And I live in south india. sarees are all you see here.

  • @enigmaticfille It's just a drawing. Nude drawings do not necessarily represent what we see in society. It's art. And besides, not all clothes are meant to be worn. Look at Western runway fashion, for example. The things on the catwalk range from decent to absolutely ludicrous!

  • @8horcruxes lol, like i said. i should not be worn like that, except in shows. and the reason i said that is because i met a foreigner (from london) who thought that indian clothes are what we see in shows and came dressed like that and got into some trouble here. i had to take her shopping and tell her what to wear. just info for those who think that this is the way to wear it. :-D

  • i loved it.....u made it soooo good...!! especial being a non-Indian

  • omg im indian and i have been trying to design a saree for the longest time!thanks soooooooooo much! its sooooooo beautiful

  • Beautiful! O:

  • omg this was beautiful! and the music fit in so well with your piece, you're such an amazing artist!

btw, what is the name of the music you used?

  • @tigztag I found it in the AudioSwap Lybrary. It's called Mumbai Monsoon (Ruhan Kapoor, Sidhant Kapoor)

  • This is so beautiful. Can you draw a sleveless wedding dress with lace?

  • @jtsweet22 Do you mean a common wedding dress? Yes, I did a tutorial on a sleevless wedding gown, LESSON # 8. The second part is coming this week. In the upcoming tutorial I'll show you a very interesting technique in illustrating the fabric by using only 2 colors/ tones.

  • This is amazing.... Love it......
