Yeah, you can eat eggs after they've been frozen. Sometimes when I have a recipe that calls for whites only (or yolks only), I freeze the part I'm not using. Then when I come across a recipe that needs that, I just thaw whichever I need out.  U freeze them in ice trays first, then move them to ziplocs. That way you can keep count. But I don't think I'd ever try to cook it frozen, cause you can see how the underside is really burned. Yuck!
