Autotune has been effectively used in its many evolutionary steps for the last 20 years, and no, autotune does not automatically make you sound all glitchy and underwater.

The Devil Wears Prada most definitely use "digital pitch correction" AKA Autotune or Celemony Melodyne on their clean vox. Maybe not in their first album, but no decent producer would leave it out.

@Freedish911 most cds you hear have autotune on them, just not used as an effect. used as a way to make the vocals sound tight. much like editing timing on drum takes to make them perfect, or adding a slight bit of reverb to the guitars to make them sound more natural. TDWP definitely use autotune, especially being recorded by Joey Sturgis. Autotunes the hell out of all the bands he records. But then they sound perfect.
