The catalan 'refrain' is not a refrain but a tongue twister. It goes (according to dali, since there are other versions): "una polla xica pica ballarica camatorta i bacarica va tenir sis polls xics pics ballarics camatorts i bacarics.." Its about a tumbling lame little hen with a twisted leg who had six tumbling lame little chicks with a twisted leg. As Dali said when he went to NYC with the catalan traditional hat on: "Conquerir lo Universal amb lo Ultra-Local!!" (amb=with)

Well, first part is in French (which I don't speak), I only can understand "Picaso! I salute you, I embrace you". Then he seems to say "I touch you", then something I can't understand, and "And I tell you in Catalan", then the Catalan refrain, that's pretty much impossible to translate. If it's a sincere or mocking salute, I can't tell.
