but the horse still has to carry the weight on his back , the racebike is very light [ you can lift one with one hand]and they are made to kinda push the horse . and there are alot of crashes with people riding then as well.

If you want to see why these guys love this sport go to a racetrack one day then you'll know. And don't even get started about Harness Racing not being a sport... Come to my barn...Im a trainer of 12 Standardbreds that race every week the horses love it as much as the drivers, trainers and grooms!!
