  • their reason is for no raisin. Whats the point of talking when we can just smash them for doing something wrong?

  • @knowthetruth1492 - use mace and charges increase to felony armed robbery. Enjoy taking it in the ass in prison, boy.

  • Fuck Loss prevention. You bitches can't catch me. I steal 30$, 50$, 80$, 100$ or more worth of shit on a normal day. Suck my dick bitches, and if you try and stop me, you're getting maced.

  • @knowthetruth1492 I JUST SENT YOUR COMMENT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITY FOR REVIEW!!!!!!

  • @medicalterrylove2 , Tell them that they can lick my hairy nuts. And tell your wife/mother to suck my thieving cock. Shoplifter for life!!! \m/\m/

  • B@ll-less trolls, shouting out demands and legalese, never put their outrage into action, never stand behind what they purport to be truth.

  • @333666666 Got no problem getting maced only an extra felony for you and a raise in my paycheck

  • fuckin love my job, busted some little shit trying to steal 50 dollars worth of energy bars today. Hilarious

  • Good thing they got this on video. Those assholes will have a few things to answer for..

  • obviously he did something if these guards pounced on him like that.

  • my ex roomate just got fired from Walmart for excessive force. Punching in the face is a big no, no as well as the 3rd guy coming in and trying to break the guys legs. as well as the tall 4th dude stepping on this ankles for no reason. If this guy, has a good attorney, he could sue for a good amount. Bottom line though he is a criminal and prolly got what he deserved.

  • HAHA look, some middle age ass holes thinkin their bad ass fightin crime. Congradulations ya stoped some kid stealin petty shit now you can feel like you've done somthin with your life

  • @Joyride124 "aww man aww man, i cant breath." if ur talking you can breath. that kids a little punk bitch who steals. i like how you get mad at the the loss prevention guard rather then the thief. if people wouldnt steal you would never see that guy.

  • @dominator7593 amen. everyone feels so bad for the loser who steals from a store, but how would they feel if this guy knocked on their front door? they would probably call 911 and piss their pants.

  • @Sodiumreactor yep. people love to talk but actions is the main thing to rely on when you wanna measure someone

  • @Joyride124 YOU DUMB WORTHLESS UNEDUCATED PIECE OF SHIT!!!!! GO SPRAY SOME RAID ROACH SPRAY IN YOUR MOUTH AND WASH IT DOWN WITH BLEACH YOU MOTHERFUCKING PUSSY ASS PUNK BITCH!!!!! AND MAKE SURE YOU GARGLE THE BLEACH BEFORE YOU SWALLOW IT YOU DUMB WORTHLESS DOG!!!

  • If that shoplifter was black there would be nothing but racist comments.

    .

  • I bet the guards are from Intelligarde

  • If security punched me in my face at the mall and I got arrested i would come see him as soon as I get a chance

  • It's so weird in like all of these videos the bystanders are defending the shoplifters.

  • dude dont try anything funny in sears this lp guards are slick people

  • Can't breath huh? But you can speak?

  • Look beyond approved and sanctioned of people and organizations before admiring and supporting them.

Scrutinize their deeds to know their personality and character.

People will decide who they want to believe even if they can be proven they should not - and that is my rant

  • :D i have a job interview for loss prevention monday!!!!!

  • Use this video to sue.

    Use the law.

These loss prevention men are unprofessional.

  • @airforcemax coming from someone who does loss prevention.....your an idiot -_-

  • "Read him his rights buddy!" ROFL...some ppl are so stupid!

They are making a citizen's arrest as represntatives of that retail store and detaining that suspect . They are not peace officers. The sworn peace officers WILL read that idiot his rights when they arrive to arrest him.

  • @alexkg1 No. Any time someone is arrested they are read their rights. He obviously can't do it right then and there so he'll wait until the subject is brought to the security office. (I'm a guard, I'd know) At least that's how it works in Canada.

  • Simple. Do the ankle brace. Grab the foot and slightly twist it. The fucker would have been in so much pain he'll stop moving.

  • Who knows the REAL story before this and during yeah it looks unjustified for the agent to punch the guy BUT who knows. I'm training to become an agent and one think I learned is you can't judge something or jump to conclusions if you haven't seen the whole thing

  • he shouldnt have punched him tho thats illegal. i used to do LP and i never punched anyone, but we did have to take people down to the ground like that..

  • "I can't Breath MAN!" yet enough air can enter your throat for your to scream like a bitch

I love all these shoppers "read him his rights man" on private property the owner reserves all rights to treat you any way they desire, if you are displeased of the merchants policies don't shop there

the bill of rights DOES NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE OWNERSHIP OF LAND dumb asses

  • Why did he punch you? cuz they are power trippin

  • thats what they get paid to do ! no wrong in it

  • At one point it looked like they were trying to rape the guy at around 1:00

  • I loved it! Good job

  • Hit em again

  • toronto bystanders think they know the law. when someone is resisting arrest just call the cops and stay out of their way.

  • lol these bystanders are so ignorant of the law

  • People crack me up. "Do you have the authority? Show me a badge!" You don't have to be a cop to make an arrest. That kind of thinking is why we spend so many tax dollars on over-sized police departments. Then the same people scream about the "Police State" violating their rights.

  • ya my 911 call would be there are 2 dudes attacking and trying to kill another duded here at macys

  • Ha ha ha ...libs think criminals have rights, and they think it's out of line for security guards to physically stop shop-lifters! Some hook-nose libs made sure to video this as if the guards were doing something illegal! Ha ha ha ....here's the best part: in typical lib fashion, not even ONE of them was man enough to do anything about this! They are bigger pussies than even old women in nursing homes!

  • Stupid liberals, ohhh dont hurt him dont hurt him. HE IS THE F***IN REASON YOUR SHIT IS SO EXPENSIVE!

  • Shoulda tased him, pepper sprayed him, THEN go to town on him!

  • lol he only stole a candy bar

  • I'm glad he got caught it's not fair that people have to waste their money in order to buy an item, when a shoplifter just goes and gets it for free. Arrest him!

  • Those LP OFFICERS did exactly what they were suppose to do and are trained to do! and to the idiot bystanders that want his rights read to him, stop RESISTING ARREST! Then we will talk about reading rights!

  • If you can't breathe - you can't talk.

  • Those bystanders need to fuck off

  • Jesus what is wrong with these people? "OMG why are you hurting him!? Do you have a badge!? I wanna see it!" just fuck off already.

  • lmao, don't steal... remember people "There is always, some people who get paid to watch you shop"...

  • Mattc1683 I totally agree cuz I did severity b4 same situation ppl talking shit I did push this 1 guy so hard he flew into door glass those door glass don't break easy I got fired but I was laughing whn he got hurt!

  • America? This is at a LCBO store in Ontario, Canada.

  • man all the people standing there talking shit need to be shot in the face! fuck them id get up and punch them in the face

  • I don't understand how these idiots can feel any sympathy for this scum shoplifter

  • @HabsFanTom these are the same people that dont believe in capital punishment, dont believe you have the right to defend yourself when you are robbed, and want all the prisoners to live in country clubs instead of prisons.

  • @Sodiumreactor

In other words: they're Obama supporters.

  • @hotdogman67 OMG too funny!

  • Shouldn't have stolen or resisted

  • America

  • @jamil316 Canada dip shit.

  • @SodaToTheMax9 Still America lolzzz

  • @Jeffofnnva I know this is an old comment, but this just happened to me, they assumed i took merchandise, which i placed down, on a floor stack of other merchandise, and left the store, then this took place outside the store, currently looking for a lawyer.

They have crossed the line. I liked your comment, and went to your site baby is now 3 going on 4, U R blessed, thx 4 sharing.

    Peace

  • @mrpaka420Testing If it was in fact an illegal stop (since you claim to have put the merchandise down) then good luck on your case.

  • @aeclark82 Thx

  • Spread his legs and then stomp on his balls.

  • i would have fucked him up worse than that guy did. omg why are you punching him??? omg why arent you punching him asshole? you want him to steal from you?

  • I view it like a game of cat and mouse and when the LP wins I congratulate them on a job well done and shoot the shit with them until the cops show up. Too bad they can't congratulate me when I win. It's all about mutual respect.

    HANDY TIPS:

-the larger the chain, the more likely they employ LP's

-Easiest are high-end grocery stores like Safeway.

    -Hardest are dollar stores

-LPs generally work 8 hour shifts, most common is 12-8 or 1-9, so do your thieving in the A.M.

    good luck thieves!

  • @jaimegriffin Morons like this shoplifter here are the reason people in retail lose their jobs everyday. I hope that you aren't encouraging thievery, and if you are one yourself, I hope you are caught and jailed. People like you take MY bread and butter.

  • @AquaticSoda Stealing from a retail establishment is a victimless crime. Boo hoo if you lose a minimum wage job where you're a slave to a powertripping manager and working hours you don't want to work doing shit that you hate. Retail managers are cunts. And dont worry, with our liberal laws I can steal again and again without going to jail.

    MORE TIPS

-Dress decently nice-ish. a shower goes a long way

-Be fast, go straight to your target, grab it, and walk straight out

    -run or walk quickly

  • @jaimegriffin ummmm...no? theft is an enhancible fine...which means the second time you get caught stealing it gets bumped up from the class c to a class b which is jail time...then the third time its a felony...also if you assault or push or touch an lp in a manner that can be taken as anything other than cooperation it gets bumped from a theft to a robbery. btw....the fast walkers are the ones i watch for ;) hope to see you soon.

  • Yeah if you're charged with Theft Under you're not doing any time. even if it's the fiftieth offense. You'll just get community service and maybe probation. I have a few theft charges (this is before I learned where to steal from lol) and the worst part about it was that I had to wait 2 hours for the officers to come and tell me that stealing is bad and write me a court summons. This guy mighta had warrants which would explian why he's freaking. It's interesting to see the LP comments though.

  • i'd be knockin muther fuckers out!! this shit almost happened last week. good thing i can run fast. haha

  • all u so called experts dont know the law he can be restrained until police arive

  • stupid americans "read him his right" pffftt theres no rights at all for people like that.. try to do it in other country n see whats gonna happen..

  • @fauzanhamzahlubis Your actually calling Americans stupid because we read prisoners their rights? Whatever country your from needs to re evaluate their law structure lol

  • Three words tazer his ass

  • @Nickmcsausage1 why do ppl always say tazer him..... thats never the answer and barely works, its all about the pepper spray, trust me, if you get sprayed with it, there is noooo fight at all because all you want is water lol

  • americans are so fucking annoying!

  • Man I don't fuckn steal.. but why should this idiot be allowed to ? People keep sayin they can't touch u but are they supposed to let this asshole walk away with property? Or nicely tell him oh jus wIt for police.. in dc and md this it what happens to every lame trying to steal

  • He was caught. All he had to do was relax and let it happen. He just made it worse than it had to be.

  • If this guy would've been black no one would step in to help.

  • @TinkerBebe

I'm white your black, purple, yellow. Who the fuck cares? You need to stop being racist and seeing people for the color of their skin, it's people like you who need to get punched in the face. Racist fuck.

  • If this happened in seattle tge guards would be fired and the victim could sue and probably win. Theyre not even aloud to touch its hands off policy. Too many lawsuits

  • he was crying

  • reasonable force........................lol not in america, the money men call the shots and if you even look like you might steal off them they will do pretty much what they like. but if you do this in the street to someone else you get hell off the system. one rule for joe public ,one rule for the rich.

  • i love when people try to tell me what to do when i arrest someone like this i tell them they can either help restrain them or fuck off if they have a problem they can wait until im done and get off duty and i will teach them some respect and manners :D most of the time they back off haha i just dont get when they clearly hit them when they can more easily dig their knees into them instead of use pressure points so no one can see haha

  • idiots..they say 'heeeey' then back off...i woulda hit em.

  • @Stephernova Ur a retard. Learn the law.

  • @PostRiot haha yeeeah. I'm the retard. riiiight. ever hear of police brutality? enforcement officers are human too...mistakes are made by EVERYONE and yes, some people go to far. So in the case of this video, that is what I would have intervened...especially since more than one person shouted about them handling too roughly. go learn some common sense before you comment on my stuff again.

  • @Stephernova "..especially since more than one person shouted about them handling too roughly"

So what?? Firstly he is blantly lying -- anyone who can yell can still breathe. they shoplifter was just looking for sympthy. What he was trying to do was get the security to loosen there grip and then he would have bolted

  • @badpanda84 so you're telling me that you have never shouted 'I can't breathe!!' because someone was contorting your body in some way and once you yelled that they backed off a bit? Seriously, it's fine that they want to catch him but bending, twisting and squishing him like that isn't right. period.

  • @Stephernova But obviously you can breathe if you can shout.. if you can't breathe then you cant shout..

But what is the alternative -- if you dont have handcuffs the alternative is simply to punch and knock the guy out.

A choke hold is much better that stirking

  • @Stephernova "it's fine that they want to catch him but bending, twisting and squishing him like that isn't right. period."

So you got a better idea on how to catch him ( keeping in mind that they dont have handcuffs and calling the police might take hours)

  • @Stephernova "so you're telling me that you have never shouted 'I can't breathe!!' because someone was contorting your body in some way "

Nope because I'm not stupid enought to get into siutation ( like picking fights with bouncesr or shoplifting) where I am likely to get choked

  • @badpanda84 as a child I'm sure you've wrestled around a bit, or even had someone forcefully grab you where you've asked them to stop. All I'm saying is being too rough like that is uncalled for. If someone was hurting me like that then hell yes I would fight back. Just cause you want to catch me doesn't mean you have to hurt me in the process. No one ever has just cause to start inflicting pain on another human, ever.

  • @Stephernova ...unless the first human has initiated inflicting pain on another human, then retaliation would be justified; what comes around goes around. Some criminals think they are entitled to hurting others, and no one ever has a right to get back at them!

  • @soronaa9 ya, I agree with that. All I'm saying is that I hate needless and unwarranted amounts of aggression on people...

  • @Stephernova "Just cause you want to catch me doesn't mean you have to hurt me in the process"

Yes it dose.. if he didnt want to get hurt he should have surrender and quit resisting.

You are meant to surrderer once you get caught.. if you dont and keep fighting and resisting then its your own stupid fault if you get hurt..

  • @Stephernova "No one ever has just cause to start inflicting pain on another human, ever."

Its call pain complaiance and all wrist lock and arm restraint work on that principle ( after all if a wrist lock didnt hurt it would work)

All restraints have to cause a certain amount of pain of discomfort if you resist.... otherwise they wont work

  • @Stephernova "Just cause you want to catch me doesn't mean you have to hurt me in the process"

Just how exactly do you expect police or security to catch people without hurting them..

It can't be done.. espically if they offender contiune to fight after being caught.

  • if the guy is actively evading you can punch, arm lock mace, tazer or use a baton. And hes resisting arrest. Security officers do not read rights ever, they don't have to.

  • that one idiot doesnt have no damn right to hit the guy on the ground..

  • @gunnhoe actually he does what if the offender bite him thats assault and gets self defense plus if it helps restrain him we are allowed and so long as its not over the top its just used to stun them but i guess you know that oh wait you dont well in that case shut up unless you do kthanksbye

  • The guy wasn't punching him, when a suspect is actively resisting arrest, officers are allowed to use techniques called Soft Empty hand , to gain control of the situation, depending on the situation, officers are required to use one level of force higher then what the suspect is using, in this case, the officer was hitting him to try and make the suspect stop resisting but in this case he was using hard empty hand techniques, instead of trying joint manipulations or pressure points.

  • @Tehgrimreaper

I would argue its not needed with proper technics and PR wise, just like felt you had to explain it, it looks bad towards the public when done.

  • @Lobos222 Yeah, the guy didn't need to do it , especially with 3 of them, it should of been easy to get this guy under control, they just weren't thinking clearly.

  • @Tehgrimreaper trust me its not that easy we are trying to restrain him he is trying to be free again they have more strength we just need to be smarter and quicker and in the right place at the right time. we think very clearly we just cant please the public in what SHOULD happen when arresting someone but we need to arrest them effectively w/i the law i believe from my experiences they did what was necessary and the public shouldnt have intervened as they did

  • @nicamy8988 When the security guard struck that guy, that was excessive force, and like Lobos222 said, it doesn't look good in the eyes of the public, the reason you couldn't get this guy under control is because you were bending his arm in the wrong direction when trying to place it behind his back, 2:08 when that guy is trying to pull buddies arm behind his back like that.. a normal human beings arm is not designed to bend like that.

  • @Tehgrimreaper it may look bad for the public but they need to stay out of it until the end then they can ask questions & we can respond by saying the force was necessary for the reasons x, y, z. have you ever tried to restrain someone who REALLY doesnt want to get in trouble? they have nothing to lose so they put all their effort into trying to get away and your just doing your job so your not thinking its life or death. its harder than you think. try experiencing it first hand then talk to me

  • @nicamy8988 Your training fails, if you're "not thinking" it's life or death then you should be assessing the situation and giving tactical commands constantly, not just to the guy on the floor, there's 3 of them there, and the guy trying to bend the guys arm the wrong way has control over ONE arm, all he had to do was use a bent arm bar and that arm would of been completely useless, it's because of the fact he was trying to bent the arm the wrong way that it took so long.

  • @Tehgrimreaper its called complacency and it happens to everyone after a while. in this vid the problem was no communication between the 3 people like you said giving commands but there was only one guy doing that the rest were doing their own thing you need to work as a team/unit. all im saying is its still harder than you think i wonder if you have had to restrain someone who didnt want to be? i think of it as life or death because i have faced guys w/ guns knives needles all sorts of stuff

  • @Lobos222 easier said than done trust me

  • @Tehgrimreaper but you should know its easier said than done like this 2 guys couldnt get his arms so one guy trying to do his job and make sure the public is happy w/ the way its done isnt the easiest thats why i do what i need to do w/i the law and if people have a problem they can come to me after and we can discuss their lack of knowledge in the subject haha

  • Canadian pussies.

  • he says hes not resisting yet he wont put his arms behind his back? come on man stfu

  • The dude got fired after punching theif in the face not allowed to do that 0:14

  • @dadelovell1 how do you know he got fired? he shouldnt have been fired

  • they have rights but yeah once a dude tries to walk out with merchendise u are allowed to tackle the shit out of him or her. cop told me that. citizens arrest just as good as a cop would!

  • Where is Chuck Norris when you need him

  • If that guy was smart enough he would of brought a knife or gun with him

  • @briancalifornia1 then what when he gets caught w/ them he gets charged w/ assault w/ a deadly weapon mmm didnt think that through did ya buddy haha if he drew on me i would have been ready and waiting w/ my .45 he would not have a chance

  • If i was there I would pepper spray the Security Guards and let the poor man go

  • @briancalifornia1 i cannot believe you just said that, please tell me you were joking.... he fucking stole, he wouldnt even have to rebel against the officers...dude srsly i hope some1 will thief you and then ppl spray on the officers that were tryin to catch him... and then of course there would be me troll facing you.

  • @Testimmerd91 There not Officer's there wannabe officers

  • @briancalifornia1 it doesn't change exactly anything, they're on the right side, i'm truly sorry for you if you can't understand that

  • @briancalifornia1 really and then we would arrest you for assault w/ intent to cause bodily harm hmm need to think more dont you smart one

  • @nicamy8988 not if i run away lol

  • @briancalifornia1 and then id trip you and laugh as you smack your face on the ground and start crying :D

  • Comment removed

  • @nicamy8988 good luck trying to do that lol.

  • @briancalifornia1 you wish champion youd be on the ground before you can think to turn and flip me off haha its ok not to worry others thought they could do the same but i know the areas i work in so you wont get away :D

  • @nicamy8988 What ever tough guy

  • @briancalifornia1 aw no more discussion about how tough you are? poor baby get along now child and do what your mother tells you haha

  • THEY'RE SECURITY, NOT POLICE! THEY ONLY APPREHEND, THE POLICE CHARGE THE SUSPECT ALONG WITH THEIR RIGHTS!

  • @ACRedsCreations

You would be INCORRECT. ANYONE can place another person under arrest who is contravening the law. If you do so you must read them thier rights. It is AGAINST the law to detain anyone as an ordinary citizen.

  • @jewelsrforfools these people are not civil officers. they have no facilities to hold these suspects for long terms. you can even hear him say "somebody call the cops." someone who does know the law professionally, can't read anyone's rights. the LP in my part-time job for healthcare is not a cop, but he and she apprehends people almost everyday. the police come and pick them up. they are the ones who read them there rights and charge them. also to note, i live in ca. laws maybe different.

  • @jewelsrforfools No, you would be absolutely incorrect. While apprehending someone, you are not arresting them. You are detaining them in order to turn them over to a peace officer, who will then read a person their rights if, and only if, the person is arrested and detained for questioning.

  • @PHDrillSergeant Nope, not true. LPO's do arrest people, and are required to read them their rights, they are hired private investigators. Licensed by the state/province.

  • @dc013 No, they're not. LP officers are employed by the store. I would know, I am one. We do not read people their rights. That's something a police officer does.

  • @dc013 Ah, so your just a floor walker then? I was an LPO, and in fact was promoted to VP at a national firm here in Canada that was contracted by business to use our services. I arrested, cuffed, read rights and so on when I was an LPO.

If you were hired by the store, then yes, you just apprehend and hold. If I'm not mistaken, you aren't allowed to handcuff people either, could be wrong about that part though.

  • @dc013 It may also be a difference between Canadian and American laws. I'm not well-versed in canadian ciminal procedure. :)

  • @jewelsrforfools why do they call it citizens arrest if its against the law haha ive never said this but that is a big fail on your part hahaha

  • This is where Steve Irwin would come in handy

  • lol IM NOT TRYING TO RISIST umm yea you are buddy

  • Lol I am a security guard myself... and loss prevention and this is no way to arrest someone. You most deffinatly dont YELL or PUNCH the person being arrested. USE AS MUCH FORCE AS REASONABLY NECESSARY .. This way beyond way to much force.... these guys are retards.

  • @cody351 maybe you work in fairy land but sometimes you have to get physical im sure your arrest record is amazing :D

  • That punch did nothing good and also the security guard is incompetent for not being able to hold him down properly without choking him. This was all not necassary from a "professional" security guard. As for me, I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this, he'll get punishment in court.

  • the other week i caught two girls took them to the office it was all a joke to them.. once they were informed their getting a $250 ticket they started crying lmao! love my job!

  • Read him his rights????????? Would the morons demanding this do that if they caught this thieving shit robbing their houses????? I hate bloody do-gooders!

  • Scream bitch lol , go on lads make him feel the PAINNNNNNNNNNNNN.

  • if he can say I cant breath he can breath

  • When i worked at walmarts the old lp guy chases some thieve out of the store who jumped in his car but had his left sticking out of the it with the door open. So th Aye lp drop kicked the door breaking his leg.

  • Stupid ass bystanders! I wish i could punch them through my computer screen

  • These "security guards" are the most unprofessional people I've ever seen.

They are literally begging a group of bystanders to call the police for them? How pathetic.

  • MY NAME EMILIO ,IS FROM BRAZIL AND WORK WALMART S.A. IS DPTO.LOSS PREVENTION , IS HERE ACTION AND BRAZIL IS BAD,PROIBID IS COMPANY,IS HERE.

  • Adurrr stop choking him man, durr

  • If I was in that situation and someone said "READ HIM HIS RIGHTS", I'd stand up to them and say "He's a fucking thief, he has no rights".

  • @Younowkoed yeah!!! its bad enough that hes a thief, but making that big scene like that? He deserved those punches in the face!

  • Read him his rights? He's not under arrest so they don't need too. All they are doing is detaining him. People need to mind their own business if they don't know shit.

  • Mall cops r allowed to hit? Id fuckin choke that rentacop out

  • @HULKZombie No you wouldn't! You'd be down on the floor screeming like a little bitch just like the guy in this video LOL

  • In LP we don't read anyone there rights when we are not questioning them. When someone resists you are allowed to use force to apprehend them. I hate people that give their opinions as bystanders when they have no idea whats really going on and didn't even see the whole situation. Just do something useful and dial 911.

  • Comment removed

  • Lmao lps are stupid fucking wanna be cops and CAN BE SUED! in some cases like this one!

  • @mac10shell People like you who call LPOs wanna be cops are usually the same people who have been arrested by LPOs for theft and that's the reason they hate them so much.

Actually the LPOs cannot be sued in this case as the guy was resisting arrest and the law says you can use as much force as is necessary to hold someone down who is resisting arrest. You have to know your limits. The LPOs didn't do anything wrong.

  • @asoka2000 Well then someone should have citizen's arrested those fuckbags.

  • I work in LP... The most annoying and troublesome thing that could happen is having crowd involvement... We have to read them their rights, however that is to only occur when we have the ability to do so... As shown in this video they clearly had no control over the accused and could not read him his rights... I had an incident last week where people were yelling at us to let him go... but they did not see the incident where he assaulted two employees and a LP... Mind your own business...

  • @Svhsgirl

Actually they are trained to detain shoplifters, if they weren't that would defeat the purpose of being "loss prevention officers" you moron.

  • Okay...loss prevention.. you are not the police. Your not supposed to tackle someone like that. You are not trained to. I know you want to be important..but Kmon. Get the police.

  • @Svhsgirl he said call the police and L.P's are trained to do so!

  • @Svhsgirl you need to look up citizens arrest law before you say such idiotic things. A store is PRIVATE property. Just like a bar bouncer who will PHYSICALLY throw you out when you become a problem, LP can most CERTAINLY grab you and throw your ass down when you resist. Citizens arrest isn't a made up hollywood notion, it's the LAW. Before you come back like the idiot you are and say a store is public property, public property is property paid for by tax payers, like a Park.

  • @IDontKnowNorDoYou Very well said, but you really should review the state-unique laws regarding citizen's arrest. You look like you googled the concept and copied and pasted. Citizen's arrest laws vary incredibly widely. Here in Arizona, witnessing the crime is required. In some states, you are only allowed to arrest for felonies (and this was clearly a petty theft, or a misdemeanor).
