I tried this recipe and it turned out great. My only problem is that when I baked these the second time, some of the raisins within the cookies had completely dried out and were very crispy to the bite. Is there a way to prevent this that wouldn't affect the recipe, like soaking the raisins in hot water to rehydrate them before adding them to the egg mixture? Shukran bezaff a ukhti.
U r welcome, ur cuisine comes out great & well presented! They r a lot of people that post recipes out there but unfortunately they arent being clear about measurements nor time of cooking, u could just get it all wrong by just adding more or less of an ingredient or putting it at the wrong temperature. We love Moroccan, Algerian, Mediterranean Cuisine at home, therefore i will be watching your recipes closely ;) Keep up the good work!
Thanks again for sharing your home tips with us! Take care
