  • I think its BS that Clark Kent puts on a pair of glasses and then no one recognizes him as Superman >:(

  • Why is 2018, how old is Clark anyways? And Why the the huge skip, does 2018 Lex being president play a role in the comics?

  • lol superman got tubby!!

Cavill's gona show tom and brandon how its done!!

  • nooooooooooooooooooooooooo I need Lana baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!

  • Shit i wanna put on orkut but nowone let it!

  • thank god i only watched this season...i would have been mad if i started watching this 10 yrs ago.

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Good scene. Would've been a great scene... if it happened 30 minutes into the episode instead of 85.

  • he is a little overweight thats why it don't show him with the suit and cape

  • @marcianoUFO1 neva heard such pish in my life

  • @marcianoUFO1 overweight? lol.

  • @marcianoUFO1 it's true he's gotten fat which is why he refused to wear the suit (he'd look bad in it).

they should have filmed the last scene of him in the suit way back in season 1 when he was still ripped

  • Smallville SUCKS!!! I looked like a good idea, but they should STICK TO THE COMIC BOOKS, instead of create all this alternative BS. Smallville should had 4 or 5 seasons and end when Clark becomes Superman and leave Smallville for Metropolis.

  • Only good part of the final episode.

  • This was good, but nothing will top Brandon Routh's transformation into Superman in the elevator in Superman Returns

  • He didn't even have a CAPE!!!

  • What´s the point, there are no villians left...

This is more like a soap opera tha nothing...

    This is SHIT.

  • @TheElitista why dont you look up superman then come back.

  • 10 Seasons for this!!!!!

  • Thx for a great show, people might whine about things, but looking back on the ten years... it's been a great show to follow...cheers

  • I saw Chloe die in one episode, but she seems to be back in the final episode and has a child with Oliver Queen (is saw some toy arrows in the kids bedroom). But what is that whole comic stuff all about? Is it just a stilistic element? I can't believe, that there is a Smallville Comic in the Smallville-Universe, telling the Stories about Clark Kent becomming Superman. Any explanation please?

  • @Jaws1091 stylistic all the way through. its how most of us love superman. from sitting watchin it on vhs on tv when your were a kid 24/7. dressing up as him, thinking you could fly, watching the story from every tv series develop. we all need a hero - someone to base ourselves on. i believe superman has helped developed me into the man i am today

  • @KalElReborn Well, I hope for a making of on the DVD/Blu Ray, to see him full frontal :).

My best friend is the total Smallville and Superman-Fan. He has a Suit and was seen in it in Paris, Egypt and Greece. He don't look it on TV, but waits a year for the DVD-Release. According to that, the 9th (!!!) Season starts at the end of the month in German Free TV - so the 10th Season will come not that close.

Because I'm in Germany I dont see the 10th season at all but got some hint.

  • What stands for a Smallville Superman-Movie in Theaters?

    1. A international Fan community - so there is no concern if the new actor for the role is the right choice.

    2. Tom Welling IS now the MAN. He has now the acting abbilities, the physics und the right age to play the role.

    3. The budget. Think about it. What could the Team of Smallville do with a Budget of just 50 Million USD (thats a tip for a Superhero-Movie) on a 2 hour movie.

It would be refinanced before starting in Theaters.

  • I'm from Germany and saw the final scenes of the finale at YouTube. If all was in sequence, I'm a little bit disappointed about Tom in the Suit. No clear shot of him after 10 Years? I can't believe it. Only shots from behind or from great distance. That screams for a Smallville Movie of the Week or (much better) to Hell with Zack "Sucker Punch" Snyder and make a Smallville International Motion Picture.

  • @Jaws1091 WB would not let the Smallville production team put Tom Welling in the Superman suit as the series is about Clark Kent, not Superman. The new Superman reboot is too close for the WB to release any suit pictures. If you looked at the suits used in this scene in the episode, there is 3 suits used. (1) The Superman Returns Suit (2) The new suit in technicolorv - the one Johnothan presents to Clark (3) The CGI suit. I totally agree there should have been a full shot of him in the suit.

  • @KalElReborn They didn't want to let Smallville's finale detract from the Superman reboot movie.

  • @KalElReborn Thats true though. The show is about Clark Kent, and not Superman...thats what I most liked about the show. I'm not that bothered about seeing Tom Welling in the suit, but you guys are right after 10 years we did expect atleast one scene of him in action as Superman. This ending did seem a bit abrupt. But what the guy above said does have some truth to it, Welling wasn't as muscular then as he was during the early seasons of the show, so I'm sure that influenced their decision a bit

  • @Jaws1091 you want to change probably the best chance to get a decent Superman movie in theaters for a TV Movie based on Smallville? Are you high or just stupid?

  • @jaycr2006

    Part 1:

Either the one nor the last. Of course, I hope for a good Superman-Movie. But I got my doubts about Zach Snyder as Director and Chris Nolan as Producer/Storyliner. By them, I expect a Superman-Movie interrupted by Slow-Motion-Sequences every 20 secondes, 80% night shots and a dark setting/story at all. I heared, that Luthor shall come back also as General Zod. Which make no sense to me. It was a great mistake to bring back Luthor in Returns, after 3 former Movies with him.

  • @jaycr2006

    Part 2:

Returns was a blown up Remake of Superman 1 - nothing more. Now, with all the possible SFX, the should shown us a final half hour rumble Superman vs. some Super-Creature bringing down Metropolis.

If that Movie will be a Flop - as Sucker Punch - there will be no more Superman-Movie in this decade.

A Smallville-based Movie would be the better alternative in many ways. As I wrote before, Smallville is a worldwide hit - everyone knows Welling in that role and accepted him.

  • @jaycr2006

    Part 3:

He has now the shape and acting abillities to play Superman. If they use the Production-Team of Smallville, supported by an A-class SFX team, the could do a two hour movie with aprox 50 milion $. That Movie would be re-financed before theatre release and a sure hit - counting for a worldwide fan base.

The new movie is a experiment.

If it fails - there will be no more Superman-Movie.

  • @jaycr2006

    Part 4:

I hope, Snyder is able to make a Movie uncut rated like the other Superman-Movies and announce no extended version BEFORE theatre release - like he did at Sucker Punch - I mean - how stupid or high must he've been, to do so?

Superman is a character of light, he gives us hope and the wish to be better, than we are. Every Superman-Movie must be based on that credo. I won't see a psychological thriller.

  • im starting a fan edit finale. will be a re cut of this episode with a few past edited scenes from previous episodes that I think will improve this. they done a great job, but the 1 thing that alwyas lets them down is the fight scenes. they messed up the doomsday fight and now done the same with darkseid. the fight should have lasted 20mins at least, with scene changes to other parts of what was happening in the episode.

  • @KalElReborn i agree prob the best fight scenes imo were early on in the first few seasons vs infected meteorfreaks whenever a big popular villan came along the fights were let downs

  • @DarthMuse Vs Zod at the end of Season 9 was pretty good. But as far as super powered fights, I'd say Titan in Season 6 is probably the best one.

  • I cant believe that it's finaly over. I've watched this since i was 6 when it started and now im 16. It was an amazing show and they ended it perfectly. No one will ever forget it.
