Check out she loves you on Wiki. The original studio tapes were erased as was standard procedure at EMI. (at the time) What a drag! No studio out takes or banter. There is no true stereo version of this song. Only a mono mix was completed. This track is "mock stereo." It's the same exact mix as mono but just split into two tracks.

What amazes me about this mix is that the lines "Pride can hurt you too/Apologize to her" sound better equalized here. On 1 and the 1987 Past Master LP it sounds like they're covering up a glitch in the master with that part spliced in.
