Just a note, rather then making abunch of frames, you can just make the original 15 and use a GIF site to put it together, then put it with the music in WMM.

Or while you're using WMM, above the timeline to the left there should be two magnifier icons. Click the one with a plus sign in it to increase the space it takes up on your timeline so you can change it to milliseconds, etc., and the one with a minus sign does the opposite ^-^

well,if its anything like mine,the pictures are shown on the bottom along the timeline, grab each picture and kinda squish it so its time shown is shorter

if you have windows movie maker you just go to tools then go to options...

after that another window should pop up

and from there go to picture duration and select the amount of time you want........
