Nice work! A few minor nits, though. The S-IC/S-II interstage ring suddenly disappears. It should be retained for the first 30 sec of S-II firing. The TLI burn was horizontal on the side of earth away from the moon, not pointed at it. The LM ascent stage is jettisoned before TEI (why push the excess weight?) which is done horizontally on the far side of the moon, not pointed at earth. And the SM is jettisoned while flying sideways to minimize the chances of running back into it.

All the arms on the LUT swing back simultaneously. A huge mistake made in the Apollo 13 film.
