The steel did NOT turn to dust. What you are looking at is a dust cloud which had lingered along the far side the remaining standing portion of the structure. When that portion began to collapse, it was simply engulfed by the dust cloud.

Extreme air pressure made the debris capable to hit WTC7.

Modern structures like the WTC do not have concrete parts at most, but reinforced concrete. This is ductile by the steel mesh. It needs very much energy (explosions) to turn a considerably amount of the concreteinto dust. Gravity energy would lead to considerable amounts of concrete chunks, which couldn't be found.
Is that the facade of the building breaking away in seperate directions, turning to dust??
