I use to feel the same as you, but that was before God showed me what I was missing. I was spiritually drowning having nothing to sustain me and not getting what I needed from this kind of music. I use to say I could feel the Lord's presence while listening to rock, but I had no idea there was a much deeper place of worship in God that rock music does not allow for.

I use to say I could feel the Lord's presence while listening to rock, but I had no idea there was a much deeper place of worship in God that rock music does not allow for.

This guy is against worldly music in church i've seen it in all his videos which indeed r inspiring but he has allowed religiousness and protocol to enter his doctrine a lil'bit. Rock music, Hip Hop, Reggae, African traditional, Arabic so long as it praises Him he with genuine he will recieve. Is the guitar not derived from the Harp? Any music that is used to praise him becomes Praise Music automatically. Even choirly music is used in nat'l anthems, and praise of worldly things

Most people are studying their bible trying to find the word of God, and can't find why they lost it. I'm with AoG and while I agree with his challenge to churches here (as well as his many other challenges), I don't understand his regular mention of AoG, because he needs to understand that people hearing his words will generalize it to define every AoG, when I can tell you - it does not. Last time I checked, parental love involves correction as well, so there is nothing wrong with talking about the love of God, because an aspect of that relationship is correction, as well as grief when we sin.

David Wilkerson is a great man of God. Yes he preaches the truth. Yet he is just a man. Does not have the 100% gospel. People we need each other. There are SOME false teachers. But not all. Prosperity.. is not of the devil. Healing is not of the devil. Tongues is not of the devil. When or where ever you meet Jesus.. tells you how bad your 1st? He NEVER has me. i always like to hear bro Wilkerson but I found the music behind this to be so distracting that i could hardly concentrate through 10 mins of it. In fact i missed a lot of what he said because the music was horribly distracting. Would've been much better without music. But what he had to say was TOTAL TRUTH!!!!

Okay the bible says not to preach that the end has come, not that the end is near. Wilikson is preaching that the end is near and Christ's return is near. Wiliksion message is not false teaching but straight on biblical.

@cubed07 That's not what the Bible says. The Bible says to not specify when or where. The end is near. The end is coming. We don't know specifically how soon. God's definition of soon is different from ours. But Jesus himself said it is near and it is coming.

In the full sermon he tells you that he went into the streets, preached to drug addicts and prostitutes and he healed the sick, and cast out demons. Go check it out "the great apostacy".
Further more you have no Idea, churches like field of dreams are not setting mental patients free, their creating them. I talk to people that have been there and they have lost their mind. Some like a guy I know call Kim and another Brett Dwey are most probably possesed too!

There are just much that masquerades itself with false 'signs and wonders' that lure people into them-all to keep them allured to what is the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know David Wilkerson for many years and I also worked for one of the Teen Challenges in NC and have observed folks set free-praise the Lord for sending men and women who are being used by the Holy Spirit.

No, I will never die. I am using this body temporarily to learn and grow spiritually. I as all humans are eternal spiritual beings. I know I can reincarnate anytime I wish. 2012 is coming and people are waking up fast. We are all going to the fifth dimension which is 100 times better than 3d earth. Even today there are hypocrites and dishonest ppl in every church, religion, government, society, business, group, family, etc. Accepting a religion is a choice...whether to believe and accept, or not to believe and partake. Paying tithes or donations to a church is also a choice. Radical Islam on the other hand adhere to force & control.
