American Idol Auditions Season 9 Chicago, IL 6/22/09

I was there to but the judges seemed rude to me they werent really paying attention to people who were singing and they let alot of people in who where acting silly there were amazing singers and alot def didnt make it but it was alot of fun and u get to meet alot of kewl people

I have a couple questions for you if you don't mind! I was wondering how does that very first audition process work? you sing for the producers first - and then if you make it through them....where do you go next? Do you sing two other times that same day? Do you know how many auditions you have to do before you get to simon, randy and now ellen? And did you witness any absolutely awful singers that were put through just because they would make for entertaining television? haha i think thats it!

You sing in front of 2 or 3 of the producers, then they give u a yellow ticket to go to another room to sing for another set of producers, then u either sing again if they still don't know, or u get another golden ticket to see Simon, Randy, and Ellen....and that isn't until a month or 2later. So u will have to sing at least 2 times that first day, if u make it past the producers. And I witnessed many people who were terrible and got sent through for tv...its sooo much fun! a great experience!

yes as long as u came to one of the 2 audition dates before the actual audition day, if u wait to register the day of u might not be able to audition.

I know. there was this weird dude in chicago who sang "lady marmalade" and he was like Amazing, but dressed weird and stuff lol.
