beautiful plant and another thing.are these hard to grow. cause as uknow i live here in fl. my local greenhouse has a beautiful helimphora in a sort of glass or plastic dome it has been poached from the wild i think....... im not sure but its huge.ive been succesful on growing nepenthese 7 at the same time plus a vft thankyou.
@plantboy132 no problem! anything to help... that heliamphora may not have been poached as they grow only in South America on the top of flat mountains. they are very very hard to get to and easier to grow. they don't appreciate too much heat but do enjoy daily rains! :D
@plantboy132 - what in the world made you think it was poached?? Stop believing all the hype about poaching plants, Oregon doesn't allow the poaching of Cobra Plants but they allow mining which destroys the habitats forever. Guaranteed a cobra plant is safer in my moms fenced yard than on Federal land that allows mining at a price.
