@Epic999 - Paul Stanley was/is one of the best Rock vocalists of his time and can still sing songs the way today live as he did back in the heyday. A lot of them can't but he can. Mick Jagger fits more to that statement of yours when I read it. Paul is a very talented singer. Just because you may not like KISS' music (presuming you don't) doesn't mean he can't sing. His ability to change notes on a dime and hold them at random times is uncanny. I hate The Beatles but don't deny their influence.

You know actually the Beatles did in fact influence the whole rock and roll thing, but the fact is they weren't around that long, they didn't last and bands like the Stones were actually a better band. AND still going! The Beatles were good, I'm just probably one of the few who think they were over rated. KISS ...still going strong after nearly 40 years. That' something, like it or not.

They made a group decision to quit when they were on top of the world because they were progressing in different directions and interests. Ok I can agree with you to some degree. Yeah Elvis (who btw is who i grew up on, he IS the man) is a MAJOR rock and roll influence, along with the Beatles, and I suppose people like Jerry Lee Lewis for that matter. Like I said I'm probably only one of few to think so, I just feel they the Beatles were a little overrated, probably because they were one of the few groups or the group to help get it all started. Same way with Zepplin. They were a band that STARTED something.

Actually Dynasty was imho the last decent album by KISS apart from a couple of stinkers (I was made for lovin you and Charisma) there are a couple of great tunes, (Save your love and dirty livin) and the rest quite good stuff. Paul Stanley certainly was a good songwriter...well good rock tunes and quite a few lame lyrics...KISS is Gene, Paul, Ace and Peter, no other lineups could ever match the original...not even with Eric Carr, as much as I liked the guy.

Dynasty could be their greatest album. You guys might have your own opinions on that, and i respect that, i just think it's their best. Shame Peter didn't even play on the majority of the tracks. This guy called Anton Fig did them, and know he's Ace's drummer. Funny how things work out!

Actually check this out. There was a kissfan who called a radio station and asked them to play KiSS. They laughed at him and refused to play it. He said "Play it or I will surround your station with the KiSS Army." Course they laughed it off as well. In about 2 hours there was like 1,000 kissfans outside the station.

Dynasty is actually a good album, and very underrated. Its is mostly slagged as one of their worst due to their experimenting with disco on "I was made for loving you", but that doesnt do justice to this album because there are some songs like Charisma, Magic Touch, and Sure Know Something, which rightfully deserve a place in Kiss' collection of greatest hits of all time.

I meant Kiss was in top form on this particular song Magic Touch, not the whole Dynasty album. Actually I think Love Gun was the last album they all played on. Peter Criss didnt actually play on Dynasty, they had a session drummer Anton Fig. They made it look like Criss was on it, but he wasnt. Its very misleading the way they do that. Same thing with Creatures of the Night. Ace had just left prior to its recording, but they had him on the cover like he was still in the band.
