1. From the point of the TV camera, there's 8 type of aces you can hit - on the deuce court down the middle and out wide, and on the ad court out wide. 4 from this end and 4 from the other. All 8 types of ace are shown in this video. They're all grouped together. E.g, first group is down the middle from the deuce court at this end.

2. If you look at the scores on each ace, they're all different too. It might be 15-15 in 2 or 3 of them, but the game/set scores are different.

these are not all the aces he has ever served. only 123 were chosen and only from certain matches and 1 or 2 matches were wimbledon finals against federer. all the aces are against not much more than 5 players. he didnt serve especially many aces against federer. actually hes done only few aces against him because federer anticipates serves very well.
