  • which machine is this? I would like to purchase this.

  • Yes it washes fine. I use low heat, about 40 degrees C and have had no problems

  • I finally found it....thank you so much for your help.

  • Great!!

  • Thank you so much for your responce, but I have done everything I can and I cannot see the toolbar with the measurements on it. I actually have worked with computers for many years, but I am having trouble with this program. If you have any suggestions then would be appreciated.

  • The only other thing I can think of is that you have your tools control bar hidden.

Go to View/ShowHide and make sure you have Tools Control bar checked

  • What version of Inkscape are you using? I have Inkscape, but I cannot find the measurement part....BTW...absolutely love your video...

  • Hi,

The video was done with 0.46, but it will work the same with both 0.47 and 0.48.

You get the measurements when you select the shape, they show up on the toolbar at the top after selecting, and there is a dropdown to change the unit to that of your choice, by default it will show pixels (px)

Thanks, glad you like the video!

  • I do, you can find them on my thymegraphics.co.uk website

  • Do you sell and supply all the materials and equipment used in this video?

  • What is the material you use for the template?

    Thanks,

  • its sandblast vinyl

  • I see no reason why you shouldn't use it for custom graphics

  • Can you utilize this for custom graphics?

  • Thanks for this great video. This should help a lot of folks who are trying to determine if they want to get into creating rhinestone designs, but don't want to invest in a full blown system at this time.

  • Thank you!

  • This is for bigger rhinestone... ineffective for the smaller rhinestone...

  • It can be used for any size of stone

  • Hi, if 'im using SS6 2mm Rhinestones, for a specific font, is there a way to add more lines into the text, IE am using fonts Diskun & SF Sports Night, but SS6 Rhinestones will be very small. what would you say the best thing to do is?

  • Hi, If you use Edit Duplicate to make a copy of the Path, and then Path/Inset repeated several times you will get a smaller copy of the letter inside that you can also add the rhinestones to. You can repeat that as many times as you wish.

  • wow GENIUS!!!

  • Thank you so much for your tutorial! It works great for my SilhouetteSD (Robo software) cutter. Question: Do you know a simple way to do the same thing with text? When I do this method with TT fonts, I get double lines of circles. Are there some ideal fonts to use to get just single lines?

    Thank you!

  • Hi Susan, you would need an engraving font - these are single line fonts and so should not get the doubling up

  • Its a sandblast rubber vinyl

  • Great!

What kind of vinyl do you use for make that?

    Thanks!!
