We lost to Marquette in the second round this year. Ford, Brassow, Dent were the seniors. We also beat 3 of the 4 final four teams. Arizona, Arkansas, and Florida. We were also ranked number 1 to start the year and lost to Indiana in the second game of the year after we beat Louisville to start they year

Also, take a look at the replay of the tip-in @ 8:29. If you watch Brassow the entire time it was a poor block out on the rebound by Khalid Reeves. He was on fire that game but it's BASIC BASKETBALL FUNDAMENTALS, folks! You block your man out on the rebound. He didn't and Brassow was the hero.

Absolutely loved this, with my favorite UK basketball player of all time, in Jeff Brassow getting the tip-in for the win. AWESOME Classic UK moment!

What a game!! I vivdly remember being at this game. Although thousands of miles away UK fans still showed up in support of their beloved wildcats. Tip in or the win and the tiny highschool in maui goes into a frenzy.

we repayed duke in 98 for what they did to us, and arizona repayed us back in 97 for what happened here...karmas a bitch! lol.
