This piece/transcription seems too difficult for Solo Guitar playing. Needs special time to practice. Don't give up, Solo Guitar Repertoire adapted any kind of Music from everywhere.

@davetsu77 If it's too difficult don't play it. The argument of difficulty is bad. Good prestation, but this piece is just too difficult for guitar whoever you are. You can play the notes, but the music is something else. Would rather play it in duo or trio.

from Jose Sepulveda......checking out my friend Lianto again on the Toccata and Fugue in D minor. He owns that thing, Lianto is a terror! Unbelievably fluid and sure, he just grabs hold of it and finesses it into submission. I've never seen the transcription but I HAVE seen the organ version and let me tell you this......that thing is a nightmare in ANY form! My friend John Osmer is currently working on this terrible but incredibly beautiful thing and he says it's a monster! Lianto rocks!
i really cant see how he plays the high parts at about 1 minute and 3 seconds in i suppose....i can play everything up to that point...but my guitar body starts at the twelth fret as does his..but he rips it flawlessly

Secondly, Justin Bieber is a product not an actual creative artist. Thirdly, Bieber is promoted like a product/brand ie coca cola or Maple Syrup. I am a classical guitarist as well and while i would not be able to do this, i do know that this guy is very sloppy and seems to me as though as long as he can play it fast he doesnt mind buzzed notes and sloppy rubato. dont get me wrong, he is an extremely talented guitarist, but some of the arrangements he does for certain peices are just awful. some of what he does is great, but others are simply bad.

I wish more people would play the Fugue, really the toccata's just the foreplay, it loosens the crowd up & then BANG! you finish em off with the fugue.
@yeild101 if only people knew how to play toccata. I use it to impress friends but fuga is in my oppinion the hardest piece of music to play on the guitar. Bach is in my oppinion the greatest musician to ever live
excellent playing :) although I don't really think a classical guitar is suitable for the piece because you really need to be able to sustain the notes which just isn't possible on a classical guitar :/

Not perfect but very very good, and very very hard the memorizing alone..Very high tempo definatly topclass. Nice to hear outstanding peformers can make smal errors to! And i also try just to get close..My written APPLAUS

I wish more people would play the Fugue, really the toccata's just the foreplay, it loosens the crowd up & then BANG! you finish em off with the fugue.

@yeild101 if only people knew how to play toccata. I use it to impress friends but fuga is in my oppinion the hardest piece of music to play on the guitar. Bach is in my oppinion the greatest musician to ever live

excellent playing :) although I don't really think a classical guitar is suitable for the piece because you really need to be able to sustain the notes which just isn't possible on a classical guitar :/

I absolutely LOVE this!!!! How hard it must be to create the voices in the Fugue on a guitar! This is my FAVORITE piece of music (of ALL time) and I LOVE how you pay tribute to it! I play it too, but just on my piano/organ. Man...I hate that part in the middle of the fugue where your fingers are tired and you still have 3-4 minutes to go...haha both mentally and physically exhausting. But BRAVO...an HONOR to watch, Mr. Tjahjoputro!
