Are you aware that Eusebius wrote that he, and other Church Fathers of his time, concluded that 2 Peter "was indeed non-canonical"? I'm not going to debate whether it's canonical or not. Are you aware that Eusebius wrote that he, and other Church Fathers of his time, concluded that 2 Peter "was indeed non-canonical"? I'm not going to debate whether it's canonical or not. @sharlyates40 Apparently you don't read the Bible. Open your Bible to the 20th chapter of Genesis and read. Specifically read verses 11-12 which I quoted in the post you responded to. In those verses you will read Abraham's statement that his wife Sarah is indeed also his sister because they have the same father. BTW: Abrahams did lie twice about his wife but only once to pharaoh of Egypt. The other time he lied to King Abimelech of Gerar who was not pharaoh. Get your facts straight.

@robbye5 Conviction is not the same thing as judgment. When you say you're not supposed to be stealing that's a fact, don't do it. We are in the "grace period" as well meaning Jesus didn't come to change the law but fulfill it through grace and truth. If we are stoning the child we should all be dead, but we are in the grace period. That doesn't mean we can do wrong and get away with it. I believe you tried to stop, but that doesn't mean because you can't conquer it that it's right. ex. you can do a math problem 1000x...if you get up and leave it then it's still wrong. It won't be right because you can't seem to get the answer, that's not how it works. You keep at it, you ask for help until you solve it.

Man does it to each other. Some are born murderers. They cannot help it, and there is no hope for them. They will not see things your way or God's way. Only theirs. Its psychology man. The brain is the deciding factor for almost everything. How is it fair you were born fine (Assuming) and another man was not?

The video is taking the stance that the bible is in support of homosexuality. What you're saying is probably the argument homosexuals need to take, instead of lying and saying God condones their behavior. I'm sure many examples happen everyday when people get into trouble just be cause they have too much time on their hands, or they just get bored. Then they are standing in court wondering why they even did what they did in the first place.

@dboydustin People who are found mentally unstable are considered insane and sent to a mental health hospital for their own good and for the good of society as a whole. And i didnt say there was a murder gene, im saying you are born with brain problems. I myself am a struggling Christian. I have many questions for God and sometimes I feel a bit angry with Him. The biggest problem I have with the Christians, is how they use God's word to justify hatred for mankind. Its sickening

All hate aside, the bible is for correction. Don't get mad when the bible clearly states that it's wrong, and don't call it hate when people don't let you do wrong either. That's actually love.

@dboydustin psychology is a science. And science is a gift from God, a gift of knowledge to understand the things in this world. Without science we would be nowhere. Granted that we have gone to far and we have dabbled in the power of God by creating life without sex. Harvesting embryos etc... thats gone too far and I think that will be the undoing of man. But I have lots of questions for God. And i think its ok if I am angry at Him because I havent gotten answers that i need for closure

My argument is simple: God made Adam, Adam was lonely so God made Eve (a female) to be Adams' (male) help meet. I wish to follow that tradition. This was set up by the Lord Himself and he gave no instruction for us to deviate.

You are the one that brought up Adam and Eve. If you are going to bring them up, you most certainly know that if there were only 2 people, then all others after them would be committing incest. Interpreting the Bible literally, opens you up to all of these challenges.
