ABDC 6 Episode 6 - The Justin Bieber Challenge Review

I thought that the Justin Bieber challenge would be right up Iconic Boyz alley. They did good with this dance. It was funny that they put D-Trix's comment into good use. I.aM.mE. do not cease to amaze me. Love the windmill they formed and the heart at the end. I don't think they were in the center that much. Another great performance. I agree that Phunk Phenomenon's performance wasn't as good as their previous ones. Some of them seemed hesitant with their moves. Still great moves from Bebo.

@tigerofvirgo9 Instant Noodles and Street Kingdom really stepped up their game this time. IN really made good use of their props and they were a lot cleaner. Street Kingdom impressed me with the battle that was there and the towering uppercut. Plus the choreo they created made it look much less wild. They did well.

Taizuke i am loving this new format!!! i have to say that iconic, (though they really irk me) did pretty good this past episode! i still don't want them to win, but hey, then i'll have to fight every 13 yr old girl from NJ voting for them!! Street Kingdom is in my heart, i understood Lil Mama's tears for them! love them! im pulling for IME to win overall, they are SICK!!! PP is a very close 2nd, this past challenge/routine not their best!! Great Review!!

TAIZUKE!!!! LOVE U!!!! (Thanks for giving SK the best of the night, although I wish you could've nit-picked every detail of that performance because it is 100% RAW krump fuzed in a choreography AND it's bubble-gum music - that made SK beat all odds in this pop music mainstream-oriented show.) Chest pops, arms swings, stomps, isolations --- sick.

cont... Also those that have their panties in a bunch over the "diss" to Instant Noodles at the end need to go somewhere and be quiet because it's called battle mentality, not a friendship camp. I already knew what that was and I'm not even a dancer.

It was sad to see Instant Noodles go, but they made their mark and I wish them nothing but the best. Everyone did their thing and I really can't pinpoint any errors from what I saw so looking forward to the Nicki Minaj challenge next week.

@capricornbaby73 I nobody should take the SK diss as a negative. What people don't know is that these crews got mad love for each other and most of them are like family. So, a friendly diss is just that. Very funny too.

5. Street Kingdom - LOVED THE PERFORMANCE!!!! This routine proved everyone wrong about SK, yet again. They wrote them off saying they can't dance to Justin Bieber, I said HAHAHAHA, NOW WHAT!! Loved how they did a layer type of thing the middle (Taizuke, do you know what I'm talking about?). The song suit them perfectly and attacked each beat perfectly. I agree with you, Taizuke, THE best performance of the night.

cont...One of the best performances of the night. I don't get how JC is saying they need to use the stage more instead of being the center, but who DOES listen to him anyways? lol

3. Phunk Phenomenon - I so enjoyed this performance. I loved Bebo's solos in this performance; so mindblowing. The stepping part was OK, but overall it was a great performance.

4. Instant Noodles - This performance was very good. Loved the ending where they flipped the chairs over to display Justin's last

@capricornbaby73 Apparently the only people who listen to JC is IME cause they've tried to meet his critique since the beginning which is cool. But, they're doing fine the way they are.

Hey Taizuke! What's going on? Great review as usual. Well, here goes my review:

1. ICONIC Boyz- Loved the performance. They incorporated their challenge very well. I loved Louis coming to do the jump shot with some help of course lol Loved how they incorporated comedy and D-Trix saying "You guys are the dancing Justin Biebers" lol Did you see D-Trix's reaction? Priceless lol

2. I aM Me - LOVED THIS PERFORMANCE!! They're starting to grow on me now. I loved the intricacies of the routine.

@00Pablo01 I think SK is a process. I do see where they're "ready" but they've had to adapt themselves into using choreo with Krump cause their style is not the opposite of precise.

I gotta agree with you in all respects, especially with phunk phenomenon, I felt the performance was great but could have been much better. I know phunk phenomenon are worthy of being champions but they definitely need to step it up. Also, just saying, while the judges are not always right , JC should make IaMmE aware of the fact that they should use the stage differently, I feel like that advice makes their performances better as we saw in their last two performances

I can't really disagree with anything you said this week. Personally I think IN and SK performances were on the same level. I was glad to see SK finally live up to the hype they've been getting since day one this week.

Nicki Minaj has some really sick beats on a lot of her songs so we should see some performances that might make you a fan.

I think you should check out the Yakfilms channel. They showcase sick dancers all over the world every week.

I agree with Street Kingdom having the best performance of the night with I.AM.ME. in second. But why wait until now to make everything right? They had so many chances its ridiculous.

The Instant Noodle diss was awesome lol. Street Kingdom did good, but they still need to leave soon. Overall I.N. is greater.

@WhomIToBe That's the thing about Street Kingdom... they sure haven't been consistent and they're definitely growing with each performance. But, i don't they were ready for ABDC 6.

@taizuke Sorry, Taizuke, I'm going to have to disagree with you on that. I think during the BEP week was what messed them up because of the prop. If the prop wasn't there, then I think they would have killed it. In my opinion, I think that they are doing very well despite all the unnecessary hate they receive (why that is is beyond me:/). I think that people just don't understand krump and don't understand that it is considered a style of dance and people are just being close-minded.

And, while i've enjoyed most of their performances i feel the Justin Bieber challange was the culmination of the finish product they've been selling since week 1. So, when i said they weren't ready i didn't mean it fully cause they've shown how they're growing and learning how to work together in different ways. But, i take back about them not being ready.
