@manofgod919 Well, slowly but gradually, I 've been finding it hard to get down to actually finishing this, hardly no time, literally. Believe me, i want to get this done because I have not EVEN begun to play ArmA2 at all since I vowed to finish this before I really start to play and it's depressing and frustrating.

deff think this video from a long time ago had the better sounds. The 50 rounds sound cleaner. More variations in bullet cracks. I think. How much difference is there between this one and the current release version chammy?

Well the next update, will have these. I guess , in a rush, Protegimus left some sounds out, but then again, I was only able to give him so many and some were not ready or done.

Good job Chammy & Protegimus! Sound levels seem well balanced and are easy on the ears. Many people (me included) went overboard with loudness and treble in their samples. Sometimes less is more, especially when considering comms and extended playtime.

Well, it depends on Jaymz, he's been heading the sound department , i'm just an R-CON. It depends though, i 've been making the sounds to suit the Urban combat sound rather than a forest or open areas like in Armed Assault since PR is mainly more Urban than anything.

Heh thanks bro, well i will be updating CSM2 for ArmA1. Seems I ran into a snag with the new 1.05 patch for ArmA2 so now I can't run it. i might reinstall the whole game or wait. SO now I will concentrate on ArmA1 and OFP. Sorry everyone, until I can get this kink fixed I will continue with it but for now I will update Arma1 and ACE for all those who have been asking me to change ACE sounds, but I need permission from them first.

Well, the M60 would coincide with the M240 sound or MK48, Protegimus can try and make an entry for the <60 so that once there is a mod for the M60 the sound will be used.

Heh, thanks , yeah, i ;ve been getting a lot of PM's about when it will be out, mind you, I am also working on both new sound mod updates for both OFP1 and ArmA1 ACE mod and then for ArmA2 but I have been working full time and some very shitty hours, the "I don't have a life" hours. SO be patient all and thanks for all the positive feedback.

Chammy, LOVED your mod for Arma1. Can not wait to have this mod, it is simply amazing. AMAZING. Im enjoying sounds of war, that itself is immersive, but this preview, on YOUTUBE of all things is the best thing i have heard so far.

Combine this with say, the enhanced AI (or FlexiAI by fabrizio) or ACE2 and this game is going to be out of this world!
