You should die from ONE bayonet stab, or a few shots, and have to repeat that part and be more careful. Otherwise what's the excitement?

The FPS have been dumbed down for pre-teens and sluggish XBOX/PS3. Now playing singleplayer is like some invincible superman doing mayhem at 1 to 100 kill ratio. The amount of sustained violence and false sense of megalomania is terrible. Please make games like MOHAA, where you at least die after 5-10 shots (and hiding doesn't restore your life at all).

This "every FPS is MasterChief in HALO" is really terrible.

Now it's just run and gun because you can get shot infinite times, as long as you hide a bit and go get shot again.

The Tom Clancy games (till Rainbow Six III) made it so that one shot = dead, so much more exciting.

Aside from that, from the example of MOHAA they should at least have medpacks (limited life span) on singleplayer and leave the HALO-shield for multiplayer. w/o risk and consequence of getting shot, it's simply tedious.

Yes something special about this game is that this will be the first call of duty with co-op mode.So u can play in split sreen and campaign together with your friend on net!(Hope it will work on pc too.
