Is this machine motor driven or is it sound/speaker driven like Turbosonic? I've used both Turbosonic and power plate (Motor Driven) and the sound body vibration is so much better and actually feels more balanced. In researching the medical studies, there are very little studies with proven acceptance with motor driven devices whereas there are hundreds of studies on sound vibration. If it is sound driven, what kind of price are we looking at?
So no aerobic effect or increase in the cardiovascular output ? I understand the benefit for a muscle build. But I have questions about the MD who kept saying studies show -- that raises my quesitoning of her - As a professional she should have been saying studies down at _____ and by _____
have shown _____ result and are have been duplicated or submitted for such. Makes me think "Dr" is really a gym equipt sales person- thik it would be more convincing if she gave sources.
What about respiration and functional strength? I'm sure you can't do but so much by just standing there. Besides, the beauty of working out is in seeing your body move.
Please explain to me why I'm dumb for suggesting that seeing ones body in action is beautiful? I've been practicing the martial arts for over 25 years and if I were to give that up, I don't know what I would do. I love to practice my karate and I love working out on kettlebells. It is not a matter of me being right or wrong, It's simply a matter of what I prefer. God gave us a body for a reason and I love seeing my body in action as oposed to standing on some vibrating machine.
