  • this is a good video, its very effective & come to think of it I was doing these types of stretched when i first chose to start working out and started martial arts workouts, great stretches and yes the bouning is very important part, kind of like martial arts stretching, aeorbis stretching its important, thanks :)

  • I've heard numerous MDs say when you stretch you should never bounce.

  • @hfelton MD's are not experts in the field of exercising, they are medical doctors not physio health doctors or exercise trainers, 4get bout what you heard its about what you know and stretching can be done in numerous ways bouncing helps alot, look at martial arts fighters n aerobics trainers and anybody who exercises and has lots of flexibility & agility, they get it from stretching and being able to move around east...try it you'll feel it yourself :)

  • It works for me amazingly, thanks for sharing!!!!!

  • I can see these stretching the front hip/groin area, but I can also tell you this does NOT treat sciatica. Sciatica is with the lower BACK not front. These stretches would mess up my back more, as mine is persistant with I can't lean back, and pushing my leg behind me copies that motion and therefor makes it worse.

  • @NumberBubbles You can't jump into this stretch, but as someone who has been dealing with sciatica for about 9 months I can say this stretch feels great. If you are still in the primary stages of pain/injury then you probably need to spend a couple of weeks on your belly before you can even imagine attempting these types of streches.

  • this looks interesting...I will give a try thanks for sharing.

  • Very cool. Great stretch. Used some muscles I had not used in a while. Thanx.

  • It worked for me. Many thanks for sharing.
