@DesireeDeFete The organ was rebuilt and slightly enlarged by the John Paul Buzard company getting onto about 8-10 years ago now. I'm not sure who built the console, but you're right, it's not Austin. The organ was originally 3 manual, the 4th manual just gave the solo division in the rear of the church its own home. The organ is more like 56 ranks, I think. It is a really nice instrument!
This is a medley with selections from the books "Merry Christmas from Diane Bish" and "The Joy of Music" (first volume). I think these were published first by Fred Bock, but Hal Leonard may have reissued them. Hope this helps.
