thats ridiculous, well done. i heard of a BUDS navy guy who could do a 50m inverted with both hands extended pointed and using the body in a dolphin motion but i never beleived it untill i saw this
It is so much easier for me to be inverted like that...maybe it's because of the hydrostatic pressure is less on the rib cage...I can easily do an extra 25-30 meters inverted...
Good distance but you really need to work on your dolphin kick. Yes I am a swim coach.
