the question here my noble Dreamkeepers fans comrades is not wheter the devine bowl of FREAKEN EPICNESS should be made into an animated version of itself , but who under which animation studio should it be produced ( even though as it seems that the people at Vivid have done a FREAKENLY AWESOME job at producing this short clip ).

As most of us understand that it should be done in a hand drawn manner, i say that it shoul probably be handled by the professionals at Ghibli , but english voices

That's why I hate organized religion. It's sheer arrogance to believe we are important to God. Creation itself is a miracle, but I find it ridiculous to see people blaming God every time something with long odds occurs. We don't even understand enough about the universe to fathom God's plans, or our purpose in them.

Now that makes me wonder. I did an animation course, but I could never get smooth and solid animation whilst conveying speed. How on earth did you make it work?

@hardiehardley Ooh, technical stuff, yay. 8 D The frame rate is 15 per second, which is a video frame rate on 2's. But the real secret is in drawing pose A and post B very dramatic - and then having a handful of smear-frames in between. Look at Namah when she does her spin-strike to the demon. It's basically only two poses, with secondary motion livening them up - and like two or three extreme in-betweens connecting them.

Sorry for the call out on that. So really, short of speeding up the frame rate, replace genuine shapes with motion blur.

Too cartoonish to serve as a proper graphic novel. Comparing it to webcomics, the artwork is above average, that's comparing it to webcomics. The author is charging roughly 20 bucks for a copy, though you end up paying $24.80 - $30.30 when you figure in shipping charges(based on region). So to get both you end up dropping fifty to sixty dollars for a hackjob of a webcomic. You can the ENTIRE trigun series off amazon for a fifth of the cost used and a little over a half new. Pointless.

Any idiot can draw a stick figure and put it online. It pisses me off that people like yourself seem to feel that webcomic artists are just guys who bag groceries and draw in their spare time. The best of them are professionals that produce the same quality, and probably similar revenues to print.

@P0rnWizard Actually, I tend to agree that the physical copies are very pricey... Unfortunately we're a pretty small outfit, and the print-on-demand cost for the full-color pages is steep. But for the cost-conscious, we have e-books for two dollars and less. And I'm willing to bet that once you get into the story a bit, you'll understand why our readers become so enthusiastic. 8 )

This is a very off topic question, but how do you get all this work published and printed? Most times i've seen this, it costs tons.

@hardiehardley We do most of our printing through KaBlam - it's print on demand, so we can buy small batches of books at a time. We don't have the overhead for like a huge print run yet, but so far the on-demand technique is at least keeping our current demand sated. E )

I myself have no interest in the lifestyle, but I find Dreamkeepers to be one of the best written and drawn comic that I've ever read, and have introduced it to several of my non-furry friends. Just because it has anthropomorphic characters does not mean that it's *just* for the Furry community.

This long a wait for 15 seconds... it was worth it! After all I waited 13 years for one of the worst games I've ever played so I've learned no matter how upsetting something may be, there was always DNF!

...Not that this ad is anywhere near as upsetting as DNF, 15 seconds is a good length for a commercial. It gives out it's message and doesn't over stay it's welcome. Something a few other companies should learn. Annoying us for 30 seconds won't make me buy your product!
