CTF in MW2 was my favorite gametype. Black Ops ruined CTF with taking the kill icon off and letting ghosts hide with the flag. also a 3 flag limit per round is lame...I miss the days of taking a full party and 20 capping a bunch of randoms.

Idk exactly but 'I THINK' a flash will work better slowing down a flag carrier. I do use stuns myself. But with a stun the carrier can still see where he's walking. If you flash him. He'll have no screen for like 5 seconds and slowly regain.

They license the game for use on their console and OS (Windows) and they have a deal so that DLC comes out on the Xbox first, but other than that they have little control over how the developer (Treyarch) makes the game or what patches they put out. The patches for the PC are down to Treyarch and Treyarch alone. It has nothing to do with Microsoft.
