The Puffer Vest with a suit is the faux pas. I am very liberal when it comes to accepting a bold variety of styles even if I can’t pull it off. But there is no way I can see this as a fashionable style. It is ridiculous. Because even with bold choices they have rules as to why they work. Like clean sleek jeans can go with blazer and vest as opposed to pre worn jeans with holes because the extremes clash Too much. This style has polar opposites clashing.
