don't have to have fibers. note if sympt appear worse during new and full moon. seems strange, but just note it. does itching get worse immed. after eating supper? keep skin from getting dry with coconut oil & pure shea butter. take 1/2 tsp of baking soda in water with evening meals for several days when the itch is worse. it's worked for me. eat watermelon, take lemon juice in water.

That is very common to not have lesions or fibers showing. CHeck the list of symptoms at renseDOTcom in the Morgellons section on the left side column. It lists about 50 symptoms. Once you read them, it will be undeniable. You'll probably have about 30 of them at least.
