@abeerlovesmakeup S/He was commenting on the fact that you said " la 3ad" which could be understood as if you think it's absurd that A somali would marry a Shamiyya or vice versa. Anyway, yes he's Somali and she's Lebanese, read it on another video of them. It's not very commen, but I think it's a beautiful thing..Cheers:=)
