I liked this movie because it was realistic in that not all superheros have it all together. Hancock drank a lot because he didn't think anybody cared about him since when he was in the Hospital back in the 30's nobody came to pick him up. When people think nobody cares for them they develop bad habits and dispositions.

I met Will Smith when he visited my kid's classroom in South Africa a few years back. He stayed on afterwards with all the kids and parents taking pictures and signing autographs, having a good time.
