LOVE THE VIDEO! would you mind telling me where i can purchase the headset that enables you to look around freely by moving your head? thank you 5/5 and favorite :)
@AshwellAcott Glad you like the video :). I'm using TrackIR. I bought it from naturalpoint(dot)com. It's a bit expensive, but once you get used to it in flight sims or racing games, you never want to go back :)
@25996manukar As far as I remember, without having FSX in front of me, you have to switch on the NAV radios and set them to the correct frequency (center console). Then turn one of the knobs below the artificial horizon to something like NAV or ILS... It's quite straightforward really :)
@yngvefoshaug This is the second release by this company. The old version had really poor throttle modelling. You had to advance them nearly to afterburner even on approach. I was wondering if this one is that way.
@b1cc2 No, it is quite nice actually. If anything, I almost feel like it glides too well. If you study the video, you can actually see the power setting when landing (four white bars in the right of the screen, next to the altimeter). It never exceeds 40% on this landing. :)
I'm 13 and i went inside one of these and this is pretty accurate to the real thing i got to go inside of one at the Rockford ILL air-fest

does the throttle work better than the old FSX version from years ago?
b1cc2 1 year ago
@b1cc2 I'm not sure what problem you are referring to, but the plane works well in FSX :)
