this isnt parkour, parkour is a style that get you from point A to point B in the quickest most efficient way, this move just takes you to the same place you started, thats why this move originated from the style Free running, which is more "show off"

@NetworkLouie no its not, let me guess you just started this right, because how does a palm spin help you get somewhere? It makes you land in the same spot, parkour is about getting somewhere in the quick, most efficeint way, ask any expert Traceur.

p.s. in case you dont know, Traceur is someone who practices the art of parkour.

@OTTBlindfish it would be cool, and when i first learned about it (me being a kid) i thought "Wow, I hope one day thats a professional sport" but i've learned more about it, and if it became a sport it would ruin the whole principle. It wouldn't be parkour if it was competetive.
