How did you get the really well defined line from your pecs upto collar bone? Is it stuff like Press-ups with feet elevated, incline bench press? etc.
@8brokenwater You have no muscle so why are you watching and trolling on this video? Looking at your profile all you do is look up Call of Duty on YouTube and comment on those videos. Get a hobby and stop hating..
@Bodybuildinq 8brokenwater is right, if you want to get information and be sure about it what would you rather have? bony 13 year old, or a very informative lean muscular body builder. it makes sense on what he's saying
@stpd89 I think YOU were targeted when i said looks like my lil sis arm but dont get your panties in a bunch.. It takes time to put on muscle kid.. My advice quit watchin youtube videos and go to the gym tinkerbell
@JC0Le1 yo just so you know, it's not because my comment was right after yours it automatically means i was talking to you, obviously you felt targeted. you fail dumbass
yeah i wanna work my delts more, mostly my rear delts because im tired of feeling my shoulder bone (the acromion i think?) in the back lol... it just feels weird as if a bone is really sticking out
Good presentation of exercises.I understand the concept of you demonstrating the exercises seated .Prevents cheating and you concentrate more on the form of the exercise. Thanks for your time.
@SSnipaZZ hey i was wondering if these are good for mass? and if push ups either declined or inclined is good for gaining mass or should i bench instead? thanks
@Seifer007 These aren't good for mass. If you want to gain mass, you need to lift big. These exercises aren't meant to lift heavy weights. Lift heavy on any press movements. Deadlift, bench, cleans, squats, pulls.
@SSnipaZZ hey im 16 im preety big i can do 74 kg bicep curls and i weigh 70kg and around 5 ft 9 height do your think if i carry on pushing these heavy weights im gonna damage my body in the long term because my family are pissing me off saying im damaging my body and i go gym 4 hours a week.
regarding the bicep exrcise..coz, actually my left arm is weaker than my right.. when im doing the standard barbell.. my left arm can do 15lbs my right cn do 25lbs how can i make the two balance, not worrying that my right bicep will be bigger than my left?? thnks..
start jerking of with your left hand... haha joke.
i think you could make sure that you can keep lifting the 25lbs with your right arm, and slowly build up to the 25 lbs with your left arm, so first balance and then contineu training..
@SSnipaZZ tq vm for the video dude. i have 1 question, how to choose the correct weight to do this?? i use 10kg for biceps n front raise, but i couldnt do lateral raise with the same weight.....
You can do either. Almost any exercise done while in sitting would be harder, because it makes the movement much more strict. This makes it harder for the person to use momentum to either cheat or cause injury, thus, making it more effective.
Thanks, found this very useful and informative.

well if you done research and really knew your muscles then you'd know the correct terms are anterior, lateral and posterior
knowledge is power. know the muscle and youll put power in it

its also important to lower the weights slowly on the front dumbbel raises...that way u get a nice stretch and strain on the way down ! nice vid.

Yes, you absolutely can. If you find yourself imbalanced, grab onto a stationary object.
