one reason i hate living in NYC is because i dont know where the hell id find a road i can get to 120 on without cops or other drivers being in my way
@07Redstang That's something I too noticed about NYC when I visited, man you guys would seriously have to drive far just to drive on a bad ass mountain road or somewhere you can Top Speed. I luckily live in So cal, straights are easy to find, and canyon roads are 30 miles or less from where I am located. Can't complain.
@07Redstang I did it on the LIE in my roushcharged GT at like 2AM... past a cop, but i was pushing 160, so he didnt move... or if he did, i had more to go... But there are roads about 45min from NYC in NJ that are twisty and out there, not really for speed, but for the joy of driving...
@Alonshalev So far, I have 4.10 gears, underdrive pulley, throttle body,long tube headers, ffrp intake manifold,hot rod cams,and 93 octane dyno tune. that time was on street tires as well. :). In the spring I want upper and lower control arms, 1 piece driveshaft and torque converter.That should get me close to 11's. :)

@Alonshalev No,I haven't but my 1/4 mile to date is 12.4 seconds at 110 mph.
