UMD sweeps UMTC 2/14/04

They are obviously saying "sweep". If you've ever been to a Bulldog game, you would realize that to this day students still do this (bring brooms and all that.) We've had 7 sweeps in a row in the past two months, and I would know, cause I go to every game. Gophs suck, Bulldogs are national champions, #1 in the NATION with 49 out of 50 first place votes, and on a 14 game unbeaten streak. I wouldn't exactly say we "suck"...

Such a classic response from a Gopher fan. Always argue legacy. This was the best season of Bulldog hockey while I was at UMD. It always fun to see the smaller school with less recruiting power bitch slap the bigger sister school! And yes, Gohps beat the Dogs in the WCHA Final 5, but several weeks later the Dogs beat the Gophs in the NCAA Regional Final to go to the NCAA Frozen Four. And incase you are a total moron, NCAA Frozen Four > WCHA Final Five.
